Nov 29, 2014 · So every time I download something, I have to turn off and exit hotspot shield, press stop and start on my download before it actually starts to download, otherwise, it get stuck to "connecting to peers". I waited for about 3 hours and it still says connecting to peers (without turning off hotpsot shield).
